Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Retail New Build
A Quantity Surveyor is required to work on a range of new build and fit out projects in the Hertfordshire area. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a Consultancy who values you as a person rather than as a number.
Remuneration:
£45,000 –£50,000 per annum plus benefits

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a highly successful, RICS accredited PQS firm with an excellent reputation within the market.
They have a close knit team based in Hertfordshire and cover a wide range of locations. They have four regional offices across the UK and Ireland and work with a wide range of clients form private retail outlets to local authorities
The Role:
My client is interested in recruiting an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Quantity Surveyor to work on a variety of retail new build and fit out projects in the Hertfordshire and North London area.
Projects are worth £1million - £9million and as the successful Quantity Surveyor you will have the opportunity to eventually take over my clients Tesco account and within the next few years you could be the Project Quantity Surveyor for this particular client
This is an office based role where you will be required to travel to site on a daily basis
Requirements:
Ideally 5 years Quantity Surveying experience (predominantly in the UK)
Consultancy background
Construction/ Building project experience
New Build background
Synopsis:
This is an ideal opportunity to work with a RICS accredited PQS firm who is able to help you pass you’re APC and gain your MRICS chartership
