Lead Consultant (MCSE, VCP or CCA) required to work for leading Microsoft, VMWare and Citrix Partner organisation in the Yorkshire area. You will be a Senior Consultant with the ability to work on the full solution design and implementation of customer solutions within a cross sector environment. You will have experience working with Microsoft Infrastructure technologies such as Active Directory, Server 2003, Exchange and ISA Server. You will also have some exposure to work with Citrix and VMWare technologies and have in depth architecture experience in these areas.
You will be working in a multi-vendor environment with a number of new and existing clients across multiple sectors including Professional Services, Financial Services and Construction. You will be working in a cross technology environment and technical experience required includes Microsoft, Citrix and VMWare. You will have experience working on the high level solution design of projects involving Exchange, Server 2003, Active Directory, SQL Server and ISA Server. You will also have exposure to virtualisation and VMWare technologies as well as commercial exposure to Citrix. You will be responsible for heading up the implementation team alongside the Project Manager with the ability to gather customer requirements, document design solutions and implement the solution on the client site. You will work closely with 3rd party organisations to ensure that you are designing best practice and cost effective solutions.
This role is a customer facing role and you will have demonstrable experience in establishing, developing and maintaining customer relationships as well as managing client expectations. You will have an innovative approach to tasks undertaken, using your initiative as far as possible. You will have the ability to work proactively and develop lead and build on business opportunities.
The head office for this role is either in Leeds or Derbyshire and applications will be welcomed from candidates in Leeds, Manchester, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Wakefield, Derby, Nottingham, Leicester and Birmingham. The role will require a flexible approach to travel as you will be based on client site as well as from head office.
