Our client committed to continuous improvement is looking for 2 Project Manager on a 2 year fixed term basis - salaried - 25 days holiday. The client is a leading financial services organisation. Manage and lead the project team on a day to day basis to deliver the objectives of the project within agreed constraints to scope, quality and within agreed budget. The role is Manage and Lead project teams on a day to day basis to deliver the objective of one or more Strategic change projects, within agreed constraints to scope, quality and within agreed budget, and direct line management responsibility of other project managers (if required). The role requires establishing the appropriate project structure - understanding our client's approach to project management and run projects in accordance with governance requirements. Establish controls for monitoring and tracking expenditure against budget and in accordance with project governance requirements. Manage the project plan detailing who does what and by when. Define role and responsibilities withing the project, Secure named resources for all project activities . Establish controls for tracking and monitoring progress. Identify the project risks and manage these to eliminate or reduce them to an acceptable level. Identify the project risks and to manage these. Identify and manage dependencies with other people. Involve all stakeholders and interested parties in decisions which affect them. Make Staff and customers aware of change and how it impacts them. Ensure end to end testing of the solution, provide the training and documentation is fit for purpose. Identify and assess and changes to scope or business requirements . Deliver the changes to the live environment with minimum disruption to our client's staff, systems and customers. This project is within Service Excellent Programme which is to establish a customer service operation that delivers market leading service and positively differentiates our client in its core markets. To define, communicate and embed a clear definition of service excellence. To provide customers with easy access to the business. To provide customers with an accurate response to all queries first time, every time in a timely manner. To provide staff with more automated systems and processes hat enable them to deliver an excellent level of customer service. To operate customer service effectively and the range of measure that goes with that both for customers and staff. 1 of these project manager roles will be required to demonstrate evidence of successful project delivery in a banking background. The other project manager will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills as well as successfully monitor and manage complex projects covering multiple workstreams.
