CAD Draughtsperson / CAD Engineer / Project Engineer
Location: Telford, Shropshire
£18000-£23000 + 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays) + quarterly bonus
Varied project based design role on offer for engineers with Autocad experience looking to develop their design skills further.
This multi-national company have been expanding nationwide and as a result are now looking to recruit an additional CAD designer. Excellent career opportunities are available for the right individual to progress in the design team; taking control of your own projects from concept to completion.

This role will suit engineers who take pride in producing manufacturing drawings in a team based environment.
The role:
* Working in a small team, designing and re modifying security equipment primarily automatic doors using Autocad 2D and a company specific system (training will be provided).
* Responsible for drawing based documentation and support systems.
* Customer liaison when needed.
* Internal correspondence with Project Field Managers and Sales Engineers.
* Communicate through to the manufacturing base using specific criteria such as lead times, quality, accuracy and detailed information.
The person required:
* Autocad experience.
* Mechanical engineering design background.
* Self motivated and can adapt to change quickly.
