My client is looking for a Development Manager to undertake one of their biggest projects to date! Some very exciting times lie ahead for this company and they need a technical and business savvy Head of Development to spearhead this hands-on transformation.
This role will suit an experienced and delivery-focused Development Manager who possesses a sound technical grounding in database, client-server and N-tier application development and an appetite for delivery, lateral thinking and a flair for entrepreneurialism. Your abilities will be focused not only on people management, technical leadership and delivery, but also on the business's current and future requirements with proven ability to build scaleable and flexible applications and systems.
So if you have:
- Experience of leading a development team
- Hands on experience of developing multi-tier systems and applications based on C#, Oracle and/ or SQL Server technologies.
- a background in Financial Services particularly from a product viewpoint
