Essential skills:
- Minimum 5 years of IT Experience with a minimum of 3 years in analysis/ design of software systems in J2EE/ Java platforms

Analytical skills.
- 3+ yrs Design & Development
- Java 3+ yrs programming
- 2+ yrs Object Orientated Analysis and Programming
- Weblogic

Desirable skills:
- Weblogic / Hibernate / Web services
- EJB / JMS / JDBC / JSP
- OOA / OOD / OOP / XML
- Spring / Struts / Ant / Clearcase

Application architecture / lead developer in strategic Cash Securities Re-engineering team. Responsible for analysis/ design/ development of J2EE/ Java-based systems, specifically a series or projects to deliver a 7x capacity increase to the existing systems, through a mixture of hardware migrations, and strategic development.
