Software Test Engineer - Military Communications
I am currently recruiting for a contract Software Test Engineer to join my client’s team operating in the aerospace sector working as part of a small team with responsibility for testing of a military communication management system and variants of the application.
You must be experienced in the full software test lifecycle, in particular test authoring, requirements analysis, formal acceptance testing and configuring test environments. All aspects of the work to be carried out to ISO Quality standards.
You will need to be experienced in writing, running and recording scripted tests for a complex software application.
Use of DOORS for requirements traceability. Use of Compuware QA run/ QA Centre beneficial. Strong MS Office skills (Excel / Word).
In return for your work you can expect upto £36.00 per hour based on having a UK limited company, however you may wish to work on a PAYE basis. This is an opportunity to join and be a part of a successful and recession proof aerospace and defence business.
