Change Communications Officer, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel. International Investment Bank seeks a Change Communications Officer to work within the Service Deliver function of the bank. The candidate will be asked to deliver a successful and widely recognised communications solution for a significant change programme globally for the Bank, encompassing all aspects of change related communications.
•Design of a comprehensive communications strategy and delivery plan for communications, encompassing:-
•Programme website utilising existing Bank technologies
•Communications packs and key messages
•Presentations and presentation materials
•Quick reference guides
•Marketing materials and concepts
•Programme showcases and townhalls
•Articles and stories
•Stakeholder analysis and planning
•Internal programme team communications
•Engagement with the Operating Committee in the execution of the delivery schedule
•Work closely with the internal programme team and stakeholder groups to delivery comprehensive solutions
•Significant change journalism
•Conflict resolution and negotiation
•Extensive senior management liaison and communication
Technical Skills: MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel.
