Application Support Analyst (Bath)
SQL, Transact SQL, SQL Server, Reporting Services and DTS
New opportunity has arisen with my client based in the centre of Bath. This is purely through further team expansion, and potentially looking for 2 support analysts.
You will be responsible for providing helpdesk support to internal and external users and daily support to the IT Support Manager.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have the following experience:
Previous helpdesk experience for application support
SQL including Transact SQL
SQL Server, Reporting Services and DTS
Experience of call logging software
Understanding of relational databases
Working in a Windows environment
Experience of Web based applications and XML
