Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Berkshire
My Client is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a New Build Office Block project. Ideally the successful Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a construction background.
Location: Berkshire
Remuneration:
Up to £45,000 per annum depending on Quantity Surveyor experience
Full benefits package negotiable
The Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:
The Project is a £60 million MOD contract, comprising of the construction of 2 new office blocks. The project is being worked on under the GC-Works form of contract. The successful Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor will be 1 member in a team of 4, working on the Project which is based on a 2 year contract.
