FLASH PROGRAMMER / FLASH DEVELOPER : 35-40K PLUS BENEFITS
Our client is Europe?s largest integrated betting and gaming company, currently has an excellent opportunity for a Flash Programmer and Flash Developer to create online and offline Flash games.
Key duties include:
· Programming new games and applications in Actionscript 3 for a variety of systems
· Working with graphical artists, animators and sound producers
· Supporting and maintaining existing Actionscript 2 games
· Liaising with QA team in testing of games
· Supporting and building upon an existing Gaming Platform using Actionscript 3
· Bringing new ideas and technologies to the existing team.
THE CANDIDATE:
As the ideal applicant, you will:
· Have exceptional Actionscript 3 and 2 plus Adobe Flash CS3 skills.
· Have an excellent understanding of Object Orientated Programming
· Be highly motivated and a quick learner
· Knowledge of Touchscreen development, XML Sockets, Adobe AIR and Flex would be advantageous
· A degree in Computer Science is desirable
· Experience within the online gaming industry would be an advantage
