Due to continued expansion this Microsoft Gold Partner Software House is due to open an office in Leeds and the need for an experienced MCP, XP, IIS, SQL Server 1st/ 2nd Line Helpdesk/ Desktop Support Technician has arisen.
The role of experienced MCP, XP, IIS, SQL Server 1st/ 2nd Line Helpdesk/ Desktop Support Technician will undertake the responsibility for advanced desktop configuration, IIS web site configuration, SQL Server installation and backup, exchange management, MS CRM, NTBackup, Windows Server 2003 administration, networking (switches, routers and firewalls) and .NET applications support. This will be based on-site and remotely working with an array of clients from the Leisure Industry.
To be considered for the role of experienced MCP, XP, IIS, SQL Server 1st/ 2nd Line Helpdesk/ Desktop Support Technician the ideal candidate must have the following:
? Ideally over 2 years commercial experience in a desktop/ helpdesk environment
? Degree or equivalent in a Computer Science related subject
? MCP qualified
? Windows XP
? Advanced Desktop Configuration
? IIS Web site configuration
? SQL Server
? Strong inter-personal and communication skills
? Well presented and professional
? Prepared to travel and flexible attitude to work.
Though not essential the following would be distinctly advantageous:
? Experience of the Health and Fitness Industry
? Experience of working on client sites
? .Net Applications Support
? Active Directory
? Exchange Administration
? Microsoft CRM
? NT Backup
? Networking (Switches, Routers, Firewalls)
? XML
? Windows Server 2003 Administration
? Driving Licence
