.Net Programmer with C# and J2EE - London - £28 - £30k
Excellent role for recent graduate with 1-2 years commercial experience. Knowledge of both .net technologies and J2ME is essential, although one can be commerical and one academic. Excellent position and opportunity fors someone to become an excellent all round developer in both J2ME technologies and .net.
As part of a close knit, friendly, supportive, highly creative and intelligent team, known as "The Source", you will play a key role in researching and developing innovative web and mobile solutions - at the leading edge of the government`s agenda for social care. We seek an agile approach with developers closely linked to the user community and colleagues who train and support users.
We seek candidates who are talented development enthusiasts with a minimum two years experience, who enjoy team working and seeking innovative solutions. Ideally, you will be familiar with the entire lifecycle from analysing requirements and technologies to finished project implementation, be active in seeking knowledge on best practice and have experience of working a lean/ agile environment. You should have experience of C# / ASP.NET, SQL database (ideally MS SQL Server) while knowledge of Delphi and WPF would be an added advantage. On a personal level we seek software enthusiasts who are self motivated, curious, keen to learn, independent, flexible, helpful and willing to share ideas while being good at solving problems and thinking on your feet. Most of all we want candidates who care about the quality of their code and the benefits that solutions create
