You will be educated to degree level in Computer Science or a Technical degree in order to make the most of the Support Consultant role. Knowledge of Java, Unix and SQL will really allow you to hit the ground running.
As the Support Consultant you will become part of the support team and work closely with Clients. As the Support Consultant you will also be visiting clients providing training to customers. With no commercial experience necessary this is the perfect role for you with a passion in IT to put your academic knowledge to the test.
