Excellent opportunity for a Citrix/ Messaging Lead Application Support Analyst to work in Middlesex for a successful, highly recognised Services provider. You will be providing support to clients Infrastructure and Messaging Applications, resolving escalated issues, troubleshooting problems, and keeping clients and colleagues updated at every stage.
Essential skills include strong experience with troubleshooting Citrix and Exchange/ Blackberry Enterprise Server. You must also have experience with Active Directory administration, and an excellent understanding and appreciation of Customer Service is key.
