Audio Visual/ Support Analyst required by a media client.

Audio Visual/ Support Analyst required by a media client based in Central London. You will provide desktop support and be responsible for the provision of desktop support, HD TV equipment and AV technology. You will have specialist knowledge in workstation tuning, configuration and benchmarking, build management, detailed development kit versioning and configuration, IP telephony and audio and video software support. For this position it is essential you have 1st/ 2nd line support experience, monitor / TV setup and configuration, desktop and laptop setup and upgrades, network patching, software updates and changes and Windows XP experience and an understanding of working in the media sector, ideally publishing
