My client are a global business, and a leader in their field. They currently have a great position for an excellent candidate to join their team as a Support Analyst providing a first level of Desktop Support to users within the business.

You will provide desktop support to users, troubleshooting problems via the telephone and escalating to the next level of support where required. You will build and configure PCs and laptops to business standards, and you will also be involved with the day to day running within the IT Support Team.
You will have:
- Strong PC hardware skills and experience supporting MS Windows platforms and MS Office Applications.
- MSCDT is preferred however not essential.
- You will have experience providing and efficient support service to end users.
