Aston Cater is looking for a new full time International Program Director for a major Dublin Financial Services Company. The company has experienced huge growth over the last few years, both in terms of sales and employee numbers, and has locations across the world.

The Role of Program Director requires experience leading interdisciplinary project teams in the research, implementations and launch of operations in new locations. Must be skilled at navigating complex environments whilst providing guidance to project teams on presenting proposals to senior management , manage activities of consultants/ vendors associated with project efforts, address conflicting priorities and adjust project plans accordingly. Also must be comfortable running multisite projects and experience reporting to "C" level
