My client are a successful business with offices in Reigate. They have an excellent opportunity for an outstanding individual to join their business as a Servicedesk Analyst providing IT support to senior members of the business.

You will take and log calls from users and complete troubleshooting phase and escalate where required. You will be familiar with MS Office products and basic network issues.

You will have excellent customer service skills and also experience working within a helpdesk environment supporting users with IT issues. Alternatively you may have a customer service helpdesk background and looking to progress in to an IT role.
