Intermediate Quantity Surveyor ~ Bath ~ Social Housing - EXCLUSIVE JOB

£25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
Car or Car allowance
My client has an impressive turnover of staff including the Commercial Manager who has worked for them for 10 years who is now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
The Quantity Surveyor will work mainly Social housing projects with some Commercial projects in the Bath area.
My client has construction roots going back more than half a century; they are now part of a larger group and concentrate on the delivery of social housing projects throughout the area worth £500k - £3m using JCT Design + Build contracts.
The quantity surveyor will be responsible for up to 4 contracts at any time.
Requirements
Ideally 3 years plus quantity surveying experience
Contractor background
Construction/ Refurbishment experience
Social Housing experience is preferable however not a essential to the position
Internal cost reporting skills, and sub contractor negotiating are important to the role
The role offers an excellent team environment with hands on guidance from the Commercial Manager.
