Leading service provider is looking for a network support engineer based in West London and paying a salary up to £45,000 plus additional benefits.
The Network Support Engineer is to provide 2nd/ 3rd line support of LAN/ WAN network across a wireless data network.You will be ensuring failures and problems are dealt with quickly and effectively and responding to internal & external requests.
You will be maintaining a stable, reliable and efficient data network in a fast moving dynamic environment with huge volume of change. You will be communicating to offices globally and an element of travel to these locations will be involved.
The ideal candidate will have experience of fixed IP technology, VPN's, wireless experience, gprs and M2M (machine to machine). Candidates with CCNA, CCNP or CCIP would be preferred.
