Our exclusive Birmingham based client has a requirement for a 2nd Line Support specialist to join them for a long term contract.
This position is anticipated to last 12 months and will be based within 2 miles of Birmingham City Centre, although you may be required to travel to an additional client site in the City Centre on occasion.
Successful applicants will have demonstrable experience of desktop support of predominantly Microsoft environments, including:
Active Directory
Exchange 2003
Windows 2003 File Servers
Windows 2003 Web Servers
VMWare
You will be responsible for hardware and software support, support of Office applications (97-2007) as well as bespoke systems.
