Helpdesk Support required to work for Microsoft Gold Partner company. You will support Microsoft products like Office 2003, Outlook, Active Directory, Server 2003 and Exchange. You will log calls using Remedy call logging system.
Your role will involve the provision of 1st Line Support to particular accounts dealing with the logging of calls and resolving the faults within the set SLAs. You will be dealing with quite high volumes of calls, diagnosing the technical faults and resolving technical issues within the agreed SLAs. You will then escalate these calls to the relevant support teams in 2nd or 3rd line support accordingly.
This is a technical customer service role and candidates will require an excellent telephone manner and a customer focused approach to tasks undertaken. Candidates will be team players who are open to developing their careers with an award winning and reputable company.
Towns commutable to this site office are Chesterfield, Mansfield, Worksop, Sheffield, Doncaster, Rotherham and Nottingham. The role will be based on the 24/ 7 helpdesk and will require a flexible approach to shift work. The position comes with a competitive salary and generous benefits package.
