Planning Engineer/ Project Planner - Central London
A main contractor currently requires a Planning Engineer/ Project Planner for a primarily site-based role in Central London.
My client is a prestigious, regional main contractor that work on high end residential projects and impressive refurbishments. Established for 150 years, my client have won several national awards for their workplace environment and actively look to promote from within wherever possible.
Due to new project wins, my client currently require a Planning Engineer (Project Planner) to be site-based on several schemes in Central London. Working on projects worth up to £20m each, your responsibilities will include creating detailed programmes, monitoring progress, project reporting, critical path analysis, etc.
Ideally, the successful Planning Engineer/ Project Planner will have the following experience:
Essential:
- Previous experience working as a Planner within the construction sector.
- Proficiency with Asta PowerProject software.
- A positive "can-do" attitude & team player.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
Advantageous:
- A relevant degree within an engineering discipline.
- A background of working on site (before planning).
- A relevant construction or engineering degree.
In return, my client will offer an excellent salary of up to £45,000 per annum plus benefits, including:
- Executive car/ allowance.
