3rd line Support / Infrastructure Consultant required by a well established and dynamic market leader that is looking to expand and leave its competitors in its shadow!!
My client is a recognised and well respected organisation that prides itself in their 1st class delivery to its clients. This has meant that they have been in an unenviable position to secure new business and they require an experienced 3rd line Support / Infrastructure Consultant to assist with this fantastic growth.
As a 3rd line Support / Infrastructure Consultant you will be required to deliver IT services to customers which will involve managing complex technical situations, developing robust support processes and ensuring SLAs are met by responding to and resolving technical customer issues.
The successful 3rd line Support / Infrastructure Consultant will need to have:
•proven third-line support experience
•supported enterprise IT infrastructures
Experience of the following is also required:
•Wintel
•Citrix
•Active Directory
•Exchange
