The company?s mission is to enable their customers to increase the performance of their products and services through a flexible, standard compliant and highly reliable telephone platform.
To sustain the fast growth of its customer base they are now looking for a bright and energetic Sales Executive to join its team based in St. Albans (Hertfordshire).
Role
In this role you will help build the reseller network generating new leads and following up existing accounts. The role will suit an ambitious professional who is focussed on achieving a rewarding career in business development. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing organisation and help build its sales channel.
Your performance in this role will be rewarded based on your success in achieving and over achieving sales targets. The ideal person will have at least 2 to 4 years of business development experience and will be able to demonstrate a track record of successful sales in telecoms/ IT.
You will be proactive in generating and following-up new leads whilst demonstrating confidence and a high level of business integrity. Comfortable with liaising with people at all levels in an organisation you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A good understanding of telephone technology and general IT skills are required, as you will need to converse knowledgeably with telecoms partners and run product demonstrations.
In return, the position will provide the right candidate with a generous package and excellent growth opportunities whilst gaining exposure into various aspects of the business. Training will be made available as required.
Candidate skills
The successful candidate will most likely possess:
?Excellent B2B telephone sales skills
?First class verbal, communication and presentation skills
?Track record of successful sales in IT/ Telecoms
?Knowledge of telecoms/ VOIP; understanding of the unified communication industry dynamics
?Good IT skills
?Ability to prioritise work and deal with large work-load; to work in a team and to deliver to deadlines under time pressure
?Driving licence and use of a car
You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to be considered for this role.
Package
c. £30,000-£40,000 OTE (uncapped), Basic tbc.
