The successful applicant for this position will initially be responsible for commissioning and configuring the dSPACE simulator for verification testing. Subsequently they may become involved in using the dSPACE simulator for conducting verification tests on the Tier 4 engine control system.
Prior experience of commissioning or using dSPACE or comparable HIL simulators will be essential Primary activities include: 1)Setup and commissioning dSPACE system 2)Configuration test environment and use interfaces to suit the requirements of the Tier 4 team 3)Conducting system verification tests using dSPACE to established test plansKey Competencies: 1.Prior experience of using or commissioning HIL simulators, preferably dSPACE 2.Prior experience of planning and executing system-level verification tests 3.Familiarity with Matlab, Simulink, Control Desk, Automation Desk, Python etc.
Skills of general intrest will include Vector, CANape, CANalyser, Matlab, Simulink, testbed, automotive, electronics, ecu, Controller Area Network, CANoe, CANstress, CANscope, CANbus.etc
