A leading global software solutions provider who specialise in providing cutting edge software products (digital, financial, management etc.) to high profile corporate clients. A new opportunity is available for a dedicated individual to join the Technical Support Helpdesk Department to ensure the ongoing professional support is provided to clients.
This challenging helpdesk support position will involve providing professional support, troubleshooting and analysis to corporate users/ clients. You will required to investigate and resolve software issues, this could be caused by errors with the software / operating systems / network etc. You will be joining a vibrant and supportive team with additional teams to assist in problem escalation.
Applicants are required to have good software support experience and must have solid skills in supporting MS Windows operating systems, Networks (TCP/ IP, DNS) and ideally have worked within a software house in a helpdesk position supporting external users (clients) and logging each call with a ticketing system.
