Programme Manager - Wiltshire
Summary:
oTo interface across the Enterprise Programme with all workstreams, setting frameworks and standard to be adhered to for the Programme.
oEnsure mechanisms in place to provide programme assurance
oAct as gate mechanism - no deployment from EPO without going through Governance
oAll standards and controls released are fully approved by Director
Job Description:
The knowledge, skills and experience required by the incumbent are defined as follows:
a. Demonstrable leadership and management experience across both Programme and Project management as well as business and process related knowledge.
b. Minimum 5 years programme management experience demonstrating programme governance, assurance and improvement capability.
c. Highly competent in process methods and standards, including experience of OGC/ MSP, ISO and Six Sigma.
d. Experienced in auditing, continuous improvement activities and best practice.
e. Knowledge of planning, risk management, change management and process. Good knowledge of programme frameworks, Prince2 and best practice programme management processes and tools.
f. Desired knowledge of MOD Client standards and MOD Client modes of operation. Has a formal qualification in PRINCE2 (eg Foundation / Practitioner).

oCapable of developing new ideas and working collaboratively across multiple functions and levels to utilise exposure to issues and areas for improvement
