Our client, a leading I.T Infrastructure outsourcer, is looking for a Performance Analyst.


Job Summary:
To assist the Programme Initiatives and Improvements Manager in the execution / delivery/ management and/ or tracking of Programme Initiatives as defined by Head of Governance and in accordance with standards set. To provide a Improvements mechanism and collateral data to the ATLAS organisation in relation to End to end programme management. To ensure effective transition from initiative state into standard working practice by working across other teams within the EPO Governance organisation.
Job Description:
The prime responsibilities of the Performance Analyst are:-
a. Participate in and contribute to the development, execution and management of Programme Initiatives as directed by the Programme Initiatives and Improvements Manager in accordance with agreed activities of EPO Governance.
a. Capture all data relating to target measures, defined plans and effective reporting mechanisms.
i. Produce monthly reports to be produced and to Manager
b. Bi-weekly reports as necessary on overall progress to be submitted to Head of Governance.
c. Provide point of contact for Programme and Project Managers: - Ensure effective Improvements mechanism to programmes and projects by way of collateral, (case studies/ showcases); process synopsis and templates as required in relation to the Programme and Project Management Framework.
d. Work closely with Process team and PA team to ensure potential new initiatives are identified, developed and formulated into a business case for approval through Head of Governance.
e. Interface with Process content owners/ users and communicate/ recommend issues arising into the Governance team as a whole to drive continual improvement activities.
f. Attend meetings as deemed beneficial and productive in accordance with Governance charter.
g. Work collaboratively across ATLAS functions, in accordance with interfaces set out in Governance charter.

Essential Attributes:
•MoD SC clearance.
•Good understanding of programme and project management methods, frameworks.
•Minimum 5 years programme experience demonstrating programme governance, assurance and improvement capability.
•Able to operate effectively with others.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Competent in methods, standards, planning, risk management, change management, transformation of people, process and technology.
•Good knowledge of programme frameworks, Prince2 and best practice programme management processes and tools.
•Ability to be pragmatic and deliver with focus.
•Be able to operate effectively with others
