A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a global service provider for an experienced Head of IS offering a basic salary of £70,000 - £75,000 per annum + bonus & excellent benefits, based in Central London.

The Head of Business Systems Delivery will take ownership of strategically planning, developing & deploying the business critical systems across the entire business enterprise. You will ensure a pragmatic delivery roadmap is agreed with the appropriate business units and will manage budgets within commercial restraints. The Head of Business Systems Delivery will lead teams across multiple European locations including Project Managers, Business Analysts & Developers to deliver against the requirements of stakeholders & divisional heads, utilising your programme management experience. In addition you will manage costs, budgets and resources of the development and delivery projects to deliver against agreed internal and Systems using internal and 3rd party resources. As Head of Business Systems Delivery you will be responsible for the overall delivery of the MIS systems to support the end to end business process from CRM, ordering, provisioning, billing, finance systems etc.

The candidate who will be suitable for the role will have a diverse range of commercial & programme management skills ideally gained in the Telecommunications / Service Provider / ISP market. Candidates should have exposure to managing teams that assess develop & implement information systems covering both OSS & BSS including Provisioning, HR, CRM, Financial Systems, Billing etc. You must possess leadership qualities in influencing, motivating, & inspiring the virtual team to deliver the highest quality results. Candidates will be decisive decision makers & have commercial acumen in managing budgets & understanding financial impacts on the business.
