We are looking for a competent Information Technology Specialist with strong NHS knowledge and experience who is excellent with people and has fantastic resource management skills with sound healthcare knowledge. Ideally the Senior Business Analyst/ Healthcare Informatics Specialist will be an innovative self-starter who is used to working under pressure in stressful condition, while keeping to deadlines.

Databases:Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, Ingress, MS Access
Operating Systems:UNIX, NT, Windows 2000
Methodologies:UML (Use Cases, Class and sequence Diagrams), SSADM

They require a Senior Business Analyst/ Healthcare Informatics Specialist who can aanalyze and review ,develop requirements specifications, develop use cases, participate in activity workflows, product presentation, review functional and Technical specifications for Information Management purposes. The Senior Business Analyst/ Healthcare Informatics Specialist will engage with NHS Trust and Senior Managers and Users to determine requirements.
The Senior Business Analyst/ Healthcare Informatics Specialist will be responsible for designing and configuring the Cerner theatre solution of the NHS Care Record to the exacting standards required by the NHS and give advice on clinical content and configuration based on National Health Service best practice.
