I am requiring an experienced SQL data analyst to join the Forensic Technology Northern Data Analytics team. This is an extremely varied technical role and you will be required to take responsibility for conducting data analytics across a range of sectors. You will develop innovative data driven strategies to solve business issues and work on project delivery; from initial client consultation to presentation of results.
Strong technical skills are essential, as candidates will be expected to develop solutions either individually or as part of an integrated team.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and analysis (such as regression, clustering, sampling, social network and analysis)
Proven data extraction, cleansing and manipulation skills using SQL
Significant experience with data manipulation and statistical analysis software eg SAS, SQL, SPSS
Have a strong numerical acedemic background
Excellent communication skills
Performed ETL type activities using SQL procedures (T-SQL in SQL Server or PL/ SQL in Oracle)
