My client is looking for a Programme Manager with experience of transition / change management able to deliver a complex multi-project programme across a large distributed environment. With outstanding interpersonal & people-management skills, you will be able to effectively steer & manage the programme delivery through a team of Project Managers, working closely with the CTO & regularly engaging with programme stakeholders. A confident communicator, you will lend weight & presence instilling trust in the capabilities of the IT group to deliver a complex programme supporting a user base of c.7000 across various distributed sites. Prince 2 accredited, you will also be familiar with ITIL structure & effective change management. You must be able to demonstrate a proven background in delivering large complex programmes, cost-effective resource management, recovering difficult situations & able to promote the long-term strategy and vision for IT. Background in NHS / RiO an advantage.
