A leading retail organisation requires a 2nd line Desktop Support candidate to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for supporting PC and MAC Desktops, Printers, copiers and other peripherals.
You will offer excellent experience supporting both PC and MAC desktops in a 2nd line or similar position. Your experience will include supporting core Microsoft Applications such as Office and Adobe and supporting hardware such as printers and laptops. Any experience with supporting and administering Active Directory and Exchange is desirable but not essential. Experience of service desk processes such as ITIL and Quark Applications is also desirable.
