Operations Manager required by a leading multi-national automotive company based in Middlesex.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the logistics of a fast moving, service orientated company with a prestigious client portfolio. The Operations Manager will have strong man-management and leadership skills to train, recruit, motivate and inspire multi-functional teams within a demanding environment.

The Operations Manager will ideally be a graduate from a logistics background and have demonstrable experience of leading and managing large scale teams. The Operations Manager must be a strong decision maker and highly motivated to develop a long term career within a pressurised environment.
