Large outsourcing firm requires SAP HR Consultant for a long term remote contract. You must have strong SAP HR (PA PD OM) experience and in recent projects., any Payroll, Benefits, Compensations, Time etc would be excellent. The remote access is full time, 5 days a week. You will be given a laptop and using remote tools such as SharePoint and E-room to complete the work from your home - you can be based anywhere in Europe. Mulit-lingual or consultants based on mainland Europe would be beneficial.
SAP HR Consultant will work with the Business Analyst and the client to identify their requirements, design enhancements and functionality to help meet user requirements and provide functional process ownership of multiple business process areas. Will organize and facilitate problem-solving discussions with the client, internal operations team, and project managers to resolve issues requiring a focused approach to maintain project continuity and requirements. Performs configuration work as needed to support new and existing functionality, function as resident team expert for all configuration issues (both support and project) within their areas (modules) of expertise and serve as functional integration owner for multiple process areas.
