A successful, forward thinking and fast-growing domain hosting company based in the centre of Nottingham require an experienced Linux Systems Administrator to join their team. My client was established over 10 years ago and in that time has experienced unprecedented growth and success. It is for this reason that the Linux Systems Administrator role has become available.
You will be working within the systems administration team. The team is small, yet intelligent and well built. To be considered for this outstanding position, you will have good working knowledge of Linux (preferably Red Hat, but other versions will be considered), MySQL, Apache and DNS. Any exposure to Unix and other flavours of Linux will be an advantage.
Your role will include:
·Monitoring systems and servers
·Configuring software
·Managing and testing back ups
·Responding to hardware failures
·And more!
