An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Senior Web Developer/ Designer, to join an ambitious and fast moving Financial Services Organisation company within their software/ internet development team.
Role
As Head of Internet Development you will assume full responsibility for the online function of the organisation in line with key business targets and objectives.
A senior web developer/ designer, you will be expected to deliver a market leading customer experience providing superior look, feel, functionality, interactive features and usability for consumers. This is a hands on role hat will require physical coding, design and software development.
You will be required to create and adopt strategies to acquire new clients via the internet. You will have demonstrable experience of SEO and all other forms of internet marketing including viral marketing, email campaigns and banner advertising.
The team consists of an IT Director, Developers and a graduate web designer that will be reporting into this position.
Candidate skills
The successful candidate will be of degree calibre with experience of business to consumer transactional website design and development. You will have a strong track record of delivering consumer based web sites.
You will be comfortable in managing a number of different projects at one time and maintaining a high quality of work throughout and as such attention to detail and exceptional communication skills are essential.
Significant experience in the Online / Multi-channel sector would be greatly beneficial and a proven track record in design with SEO techniques is a must.
You will be highly motivated and looking to progress your career within an ambitious and fast moving financial organisation.
