Business Analyst, Fund Administration, financial modelling. International Finance house requires a Business Analyst with Fund administration experience.
Skills: Role specific:
• Assist the project manager and the relationship manager in developing a financial model for the quotes provided by the Providers
• Assist the project manager and the relationship manager in developing a economic model based on the fee quotes and the costs of transition identified in Due Diligence
• Conduct sensitivity analysis on both models
• Support the project manager and the relationship manager in summarising and presenting the financial and economic analysis
• Agree with each of the Providers that their financial model is clearly understood and documented in conjunction with the due diligence review.
• Support the Project Manager and the Relationship Manager in explaining the differences between the Provider quotes and their impact on the economic model
• Support the Relationship manager in his other financial and relationship duties in order to create capacity to allow the RM to carry out due diligence on the Providers' client management capability.
• Strong Economic and financial modelling capability
• Financial analysis capability
• Drive resolution through “hands-on” approach.
• Clear, concise communicator with the skills to develop compromises between conflicting requirements.
• Analytical mind and approach
• Ability to offer alternative approaches in problem solving situations
• Experience of building financial business cases, preferably for outsourcing deals.
• Knowledge of Fund administration outsourcing arrangements (middle office, back office)
• Track record of successful financial analysis in the asset management sector is essential.
• Experience of a similar data analysis project.
