The Profile

The ideal Sales executive will come from a sales background and be of degree calibre. You may well have sold some form of software solution previously however this is not a prerequisite. Above all you will be able to demonstrate a strong aptitude for selling, be highly motivated, have the ability to converse at CXO level of fortune 100 companies, be able to perform under pressure, over come objections, confident, extremely driven by money, have lots of gravitas and relish the challenge of bringing on new business.

The Role

As a Inside Sales executive you role by definition will be office based however you will cover the UK and Europe and you will be responsible for new business generation into companies with revenues usually over £500M per annum. Typical clients are usually service providers, egg, Cap Gemini, Telecommunications, O2 or Enterprises, Proctor & Gamble. Within these businesses you would be tasked with targeting decision makers to include VP or Sales, CIOs, Head of Service Delivery, ITIL, FDs. On a day-day basis you with high volume call making where you will speak with Senior level decision makers, pitch the solution, over come objections, generate the interest before making converting the conversation in highly qualify appointments for the external sales teams in the UK and Europe eventually you will do the first level web demonstrations. You would have a target that is made up of identifying leads that ultimately close £750K in revenue and tasked with making circa 4 meetings per week for the sales team. Full training would be given including a full solutions overview.
