Project/ Department Description and responsibilities : IT strategic initiative -
Johnson & Johnson IT has launched a strategic initiative to implement Service Level Agreements for all Business Critical Applications.
The Service Level Agreements will spell out minimal requirements from the business for IT services related to the application in a number of area's, for example availability and supportability.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities : Work closely with the Global Process Owner for Service Level Management and the project manager for the above strategic initiative to establish Service Level Agreements for all business critical applications. In particular the job holder will be responsible for :
- Set up and conduct training sessions to initiate IT owners in SLR (Service Level Requirements) & SLA (Service Level Agreement) templates.
- Set up meetings with IT owner & business owner to capture customer expectations.
- Draft SLR document (feed customer expectations into SLR template) & review.
- Facilitate validation SLR by business owner.
- Draft SLA document - translate customer expectations into service levels and service targets. · Set up meetings IT owner and business owner to review and negotiate draft SLA document.
- Facilitate sign-off SLA.
- Publish/ archive SLA document and related materials for use as part of base business.
-The position will be based in Beerse (Belgium) or Raritan (USA), and will be part of a virtual team with team members and other partners located across the J&J enterprise.
Regular international. - communications and team work through conference calls will be required.
Technical profile requirements :
Proven excellent (technical) writing skills – ability to write in a clear and concise way. - Knowledge of and experience with ITIL framework advantageous, preferably ITIL v3.
- Understanding of IT Service Management will be a benefit.
- Experience in managing and/ or developing service (level) agreements with clients will be beneficial. - Comprehension of enterprise wide IT infrastructure and applications.
- Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical sector and exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV) methodologies for information systems, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulation and Good Manufacturing/ Clinical/ Laboratory Practices (GxP) regulation.
