Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor
£1m - £10m civils and concrete frame projects
A medium sized specialist contractor requires the services of a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to be based out there offices in West London
Location: Middlesex,Harrow
Quantity Surveyor Remuneration:
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus benefits
including car allowance

The Client:
My client is a specialist in ground works and sub and superstructure packages. They adopt a family type culture where each employee is promoted on the work they do and the results they produce, opposed to how long they have been at the company for. They have grown to a turnover of £30m and currently employ 4 surveyors
Recently my client has taken on a number of projects and currently has millions of pounds worth of new business coming in at an alarming rate. They now urgently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to come on board and take control of 4 or 5 projects worth between £1m - £10m.
