Main Duties
This role will have the following major duties and responsibilities:
• Liaise with external Business and IT teams to define & document Service Management reports required for use within the Investment Bank for Change Management.
• Liaise with external Business and IT teams to identify and define data objects and dimensions for the reporting universe to enable a comprehensive set of Change Management reports to be defined
• Liaise with external Business and IT teams to gather and define detailed requirements and functional specifications for the IT system implementation of Service Management tools.
• Contribute to & co-ordinate system implementations through the project lifecycle (analysis / design, testing, rollout and hand-over) working with other teams on a local and global basis.
• Manage multiple, personal workstreams in parallel.
• Liaise with Business and IT project management to assist in the initiation, planning, tracking and delivery of projects and workstreams.
• Support the management of project workstreams to lead, guide and assist other team members, ensure quality and timeliness of delivery and assist in use and enhancement of team methodologies.
• Ensure all work meets prescribed standards in design and quality.
• Document all work and communications to a high professional standard.
Experience Required
Proven business analysis experience.
This should have included the following:
• Requirements gathering, analysis and functional design using a recognised methodology.
• Specification of reporting content and format.
• Specification of reporting data warehouses.
• Process flow analysis & design
• Writing Business & Technical documentation.
• End-to-end lifecycle experience of systems development & implementation projects, including at least one ITIL Change Management implementation
• Multi-tasking / balancing parallel workloads
• Data analysis / manipulation
• Basic Project management skills
Investment Banking experience a must.
