Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor Dubai TAX FREE EARNINGS - Dubai
This leading property developer with a strong presence Internationally are currently looking for several Senior Quantity Surveyors / Quantity Surveyors for their Dubai office in the Untied Arab Emirates.
The Senior Quantity Surveyors / Quantity Surveyors will be required to work on various prestige building projects across the Arab Emirates.
Planning permission has just been granted for a new build iconic mega structure
Skills/ Experience for ideal Quantity Surveyor:
Five plus years commercial experience in the construction industry
Knowledge of fundamental Quantity Surveying systems and procedures in the construction industry
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Good presentation skills
Management skills
Professional and diligent manner.
NEC Contracts
Main Duties and Responsibilities for Quantity Surveyor:
Cost forecasting and providing monthly reports to client.
Budget Estimating
Tender evaluation
Auditing and evaluating contractors payment assessments
Assessment and agreement of compensation events
Salary:
£45,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary - TAX FREE (negotiable)
Company Car/ Car Allowance
Accommodation Allowance
