My client is one of the most established and stable Investments Bank in the UK. They have a reputation for valuing their staff and providing excellent opportunities for career progression. They are now looking for an application support analyst and an application support manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
APPLICATION SUPPORT MANAGER
The Application Support Manager must have experience in a Senior IT service delivery role. The Application Support Manager will also have experience of managing a team of technical application support specialists. The Application Support Manager must also have ITIL Service Management foundation experience. The Application Support Manager will be responsible for the delivery of 2nd Line application support services.
APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST
The Application Support analyst must have experience of Odyssey products, specifically AAA.
All applicants must have experience of support in the financial services and bespoke financial software.
SALARY: My client offers a very completive basic salary of up to £50 000 with a £5 000 car allowance. My client offers career progression sooner rather than later.
