We are currently working with a very large property developer with a very well established & strong presence in the Dubai; UAE & Middle East has immediate requirements for a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Quantity Surveyor with MEP background.
This major property developer has probably contributed more to Dubai than any other – this property developer has built most landmark building developments. MEP QS it is well worth enquiring about.
Senior Quantity Surveyor ready for a move into a more responsible role. You will be reporting to the General Manager within the Commercial Services Team, delivering commercial, MEP quantity surveying services on various projects. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for full commercial aspects of the job.
The MEP QS should be from a solid Surveying background, preferably having good quantity surveying experience on large scale building projects. MEP QS you will preferable have high-rise experience.
Responsibilities for MEP Quantity Surveyor
Providing pre & post contract Commercial Quantity Surveying services, undertaking own multiple projects with Commercial team support and providing support to other members of the management team.
Variations, financial forecast, Sub contractor management, progress meetings, Final accounts.
Remuneration Package for MEP quantity Surveyor/ Project MEP QS:
Excellent Salary package up to 40000 + flights, medical, accommodation allowance
