Digital Business Analyst / Digital BA / E-Commerce / Web / Contract / Staffordshire

My Financial client is currently recruiting for a Digital Business Analyst for a 3 month rolling contract with possible extensions. The successful candidate will be working closely with Programme/Project Managers, Business Sponsors and other stakeholders and will be involved in a leading all aspects of business analysis relating to Digital / e-commerce initiatives.

Key Deliverables

*Identify and maximise opportunities to use e-commerce to provide member choice

*Definition of end to end user journeys

*Production of wireframes to aid development and testing

*Engage in prioritisation and problem-solving with business and technical resources to deliver robust solutions as quickly as possible

*Consult with personnel to determine business, functional and technical requirements

*Represent business and member interests and ensure that technical designs meet or exceed member needs

*Articulate business needs and complex business problems to technical audiences

*Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyse tradeoffs between usability and performance needs

*Provide input to UAT Teams to help ensure the adequacy of test plans and schedules

Skills and Experience Required:

*Wireframe / GUI production - Essential

*End to end customer journey definition

*Communication and Presentation

*Customer Focus and Relationship Building

*Proven experience of Digital / E-commerce projects, preferably in a Financial Services environment

*Proven formal business analysis, problem solving and report writing skills - able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements

*Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills - able to interact professionally with diverse groups and individuals from executive, managers and users to subject matter experts
