Senior Artist - 2D / 3D / AAA / Artistic / 3ds Max / Photoshop

Searchability are pleased to be working together with this pioneering gaming company, in their search for a passionate 3D Artist to join their team in purpose built offices in Leeds city centre. Due to their recent success and substantial expansion, they are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Artist ideally with a minimum of 5 year's commercial experience in 3D Design, with knowledge of 2D and 3D art production, a proven track record in at least two shipped titles (AAA) and experience of cutting edge shader techniques. This is an exciting new role, where the company is looking to hold interviews w/c 6th May 2014.

They are therefore seeking to appoint a highly experienced Senior Artist to join their creative team, ideally with a at least 5 years commercial experience in a similar field, in addition to a strong knowledge of 2D and 3D art production, 3ds Max, Photoshop and similar technologies. This is a brilliant chance to join a well-reputed company, who are ultimately triumphing within their industry.

The Role.

This role would suit a driven and highly experienced Senior Artist with a strong desire to secure a role within a well renowned and innovative company. You will be highly motivated and have an impressive knowledge of 3D and 2D Design, together with a passion to excel within a pioneering company. You will use your skills to create high quality environment art; being a Senior within the company you will benchmark and raise the bar for the environment throughout their products. You will use your 3D / 2D skills to work closely with the programmers to ensure polygon counts and texture sizes are fully optimised for the company's target platforms. You will also participate in R&D of new techniques to implement into the production pipeline. You must also be able to provide an impressive portfolio to be considered for this role.

The Skills.

* At least 5 years commercial experience

* Superior knowledge of 3D / 2D Design, Art production, 3DS Max, Photoshop
