This leading Avionics organisation is seeking to recruit a Manufacturing Team Leader to support the department and become a key figure in maintaining the efficiency throughout the manufacturing process.
The Role
Reporting to the Module Manager, you’ll enjoy an operational team leader role, coaching and developing the Manufacturing team to meet the efficiency levels and needs of the business. You’ll manage all shop-floor priorities, produce production plans and assist with recruitment of additional team members. All other team management responsibilities will be included, as you will need to ensure that the team continues to achieve at the highest level within the business.
You’ll have….
You’ll have previous experience of managing a team within a Production, Manufacturing or Engineering environment. Additionally, you’ll have the ability to coach and motivate multi-disciplined individuals to achieve required results. With experience of working within an operational environment you’ll have the ability to drive continuous improvement activities within the team. You’ll have experience or knowledge of manufacturing techniques in a similar environment.
